n. work, labor; occupation; elaboration; ploy; discourse; assignment; dissertation; diploma (according to Babylon.com)

2Trabajo is a job board designed for latino and hispanic job seekers and employees. The site is clean and easy to use. Its free for Employees to post jobs but job seekers have to sign up to see the jobs.

I have never been a fan of having to log in to review a job site or find out if the site is worth spending time on. At the time of review, there were 800+ jobs on the site.

As an employers free is always good to see but unfortunely 2Trabajo.com has a pagerank of 0 out of 10 and not very much traffic or sites linking into it besides this one.

Worth a try - since it is a specific niche job board...Please post your experiences.

Because I always go about things from many angels, I applied to the same job ten different ways, including a bunch of different job boards...when i finally was contacted about the job, the recruiter told me they received my coverletter and resume from my application through pharmaDiversity Job Board.

I belive that this job board costs the company plenty to post jobs so they pay close attention to the applicants they receive from this board. You get what you pay for, in this case , it's the advertising company that pays a premium, and the job seekers reep the benefits.

Also, this board is very easy to use, did not send me junk/spam emails and when i once called them, they were happy to help me connect right with the employers hiring. Within my 11 months of unemployment, i came across a lot of junk job boards that had expired jobs, pushed expensiveonline resumes reviews and on line trade schools at me. It is nice to find websites and job boards that are quality and the bonus with this one is they do not charge job seekers at all.
I recommend this site.

I was impressed by the quality of the companies and the career opportunities. I interviewed onsite and was given a second interview. I also received an interview later with T-Mobile, Allstate, Vilocity and two other companies. I found that the LATCareers.com website was very easy to use and is a great resource in connecting Latino bilingual professionals with employers.

My favorite part, this is a site founded and led by a Latina CEO, Ms. Rubicela Acosta. This is a truly a plus! I totally recommend LATCareers.com

The job posts were from companies that i otherwise would not have known about, smaller biotech companies and some of the larger global companies with new divisions. The posts on PharmaDiversity Job Board brought me to the employer's site for application. I was contacted by three recruiters right away, each from a different company. They confirmed with me that they had received my resume from PharmaDiversity and jumped into the phone interview.

I have been working with a few head hunters for over six months and even with their connections, had been unable to get phone interviews with the employer directly. I knew if I could connect directly with the employer, i would get the job offer, and that is just what happened.

Apparently, the employers that use PharmaDiversity make an investment in the board to promote their diversity hiring and actually review resumes from the site or (tagged that they came through this site) and you won't fall into a anonymous land fill of resumes that never get looked at.

The site also has information about the companies that post jobs, stock info, investor information, product launches, current press releases to review the companies, so you will sound intelligent when they give you a call.

By the way, I actually spoke with someone from PharmaDiversity and they were helpful with sound follow up advise after my phone interview-it got me to the second round; and then the job offer!

Highly recommend this site-and it is free to job seekers.
