This site has a lot of jobs, allows you to narrow your search effectively by geography and job category. The design is pretty basic, but hey so is craiglist's. It does not seem to be the place to find a non-profit job, but it could help for other types of jobs.

Also, Thad is right: they seem to just link to other sites for their jobs. Useless in comparison to other options.

Seems like these guys are trying to be a search engine for jobs and just link to other sites and scrape the jobs onto their own site. Go to the best simplyhired or indeed - better more complete listings and easier to read.

Job Descriptions are in one big blurb and impossible to read.
