Craigslist is simply one of the best for both job seeking and finding the next fit for your open positions (usually lower level ones). You really can't beat the price - most locations are either free or about $25 to post a job and the responce you get is better than monster and hotjobs, comparable to careerbuilder. The key here is high traffic. Craigslist has become a great resource for any classified ad you could think of placing...it only makes sense that it works GREAT for jobs too.
