Step 2: Link Page Requirements

1.  Exchanging links with www.JobBoardReviews.com
is simple, a hyperlink to your links/resource page must be clearly displayed somewhere on your home page.

2.  Our "Links" page link is listed on every page within our site to give you maximum exposure within JobBoardReviews.com. You do not have to follow this practice, however, the linked page where our site listing appears must be no more than one click away from your home page. We have extended this courtesy to you and since search engines often go no more than 2 levels deep, linking to pages buried in your site will be of no value.

3.  The links page on which our link appears must be easily indexed by the search engine robots. In other words, it must be a link with html or htm at the end of the link. Active server pages or pages generated on the fly through databases are not accepted.

4.  We reserve the right to decline any link request that does not meet to our link exchange guidelines, or that we find to contain inappropriate or potentially offensive content (multiple pop-ups etc.) to our visitors. This is a family-friendly site. We only accept links which are appropriate for all ages, and those that are within our target audience.

5.  We do not accept the following types of links:  gambling, get-rich-quick, MLM, work at home, business opportunities, etc. We only accept Web sites which include articles, tips, resources and ideas. Your website cannot be a "link farm" meaning it can not be a site generated specifically as a web list. It should contain actual content.
Step 3:  Notify Us by E-Mail

When our link is active on your site, send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with 'Link Exchange Completed' as the Subject.

In the email please include:
1.  Your Link URL, Title, and Description
--Title must be the name of your business.
--Maximum of 30 words for your description

2.  The URL address where Our Link is displayed on your Web site.
Step 4:  Link Approval

1.  We reserve the right to decline any link request that does not conform to our link exchange requirements, or that we find inappropriate or potentially offensive to our visitors.

2.  If approved, your link will be added within 48 hours, and you will be notified via email of approval.  Declined links will not be notified.

3.  Our Link exchanges are automatically verified every 30 days and sites not maintaining our links will be removed without notification.

Code of Conduct for the Job Board Reviews E-mail
The rules:
  • Comment thoroughly and comment often.
  • If you must criticize, be creative in your criticism (yes creative, not constructive) because everyone loves a good smack-talk session.
  • Post nothing that is obscene or blatantly offensive. Hate speech and racist remarks will get you banned.
  • Curse words: everyone likes to use a curse word now and again, but please use sparingly and respect those who are offended by such language.
  • Self-promotion is acceptable, but spam is not (unless it comes in a can). Posts with affiliate links will be removed.
    • Example of self-promotion: An informative post about new things going on at your job board, the details of your latest job interview or information about your latest hiring kick with a link back to your site.
    • Example of spam: a two sentence article about “working from home” followed by a link to an affiliate site that selling e-books or work from home opportunities. Spam posts - and comments - will be deleted.
  • Links with embedded affiliate codes really bum us out, so please link to your site for affiliate marketing purposes.
  • Do NOT use this blog as a place to libel anyone. If you have a problem with somebody, handle it in the parking lot after school. Organizing attacks, Internet witch hunts or other nuisance behaviour against a company or person that peed in your corn flakes should also be done in the parking lot.
  • Make fun of yourself - frequently. HAVE FUN!
