Saw a job listing, tried to go through these guys' online Apply routine. You have to submit a resume. You get no confirmation that your resume actually reached the (identity not disclosed) employer. But you do get an email with a critique of your resume. "This thing is horrible, nobody will ever hire you unless you fix it." They'll do that for you for $699 to start.

Simultaneously, you start getting phone calls from them. They don't ask for permission when you apply-- they just take your phone number off of your resume and start calling. Aggressive and somewhat sleazy business model in my opinion.
