TheLadders.com,
a job search service for the $100k+ segment of the employment
marketplace, has launched TheLadders.com Europe. Set to go live in the
U.K. in the spring of 2007, with France and Germany following close
behind, TheLadders.com Europe will be headed by Alexandre Douzet, a
co-founder of TheLadders.com, who will serve as executive vice
president and general manger for the firm's European arm.
TheLadders.com currently boasts a membership of 1.26 million
subscribers as well as a database of over 30,000 recruiters, from
Fortune 500 companies and executive search firms. "TheLadders.com is a
global company. From the beginning, we have set out to revolutionize
the worldwide market for $100,000+ jobs, and we are now making good on
that promise," said Marc Cenedella, founder and CEO. "Our success in
the U.S. has been achieved by continually pushing ourselves to deliver
the best career resources available anywhere. We look forward to
replicating that success in Europe, where there are 6.3 million
executives who've been looking for a service like ours."
