Impressive concept. Some good features included. Negative points as Gary pointed out is half baked UI and not very user friendly to use. No pointers for recruiters and candidates on using the system.

Good site.The idea of showing jobs on a global level under one address is certainly a good idea.But where the site lacks is its half baked design.
