This site might work for people in other industries, which is why I won't give it a 1 for laying an egg, but HotJobs and CareerBuilder are definitely better and earn their rating of 3.

The description says temp, temp to perm, and full time jobs - does seem like the place you would go to for a full time position.

Net-Temps is exlusive to the staffing industry. Everyone I spoke with prefers to be contacted by direct employers and not by the middle person. Concept seems a little strange.

With all that said, Net-temps has been around for a while and they get considerable traffic in the "temp" world. When I searched jobs there seems to be only about 175 new jobs in the last 3 days - less than 60 a day - what are the chances one of them will be a fit for me.
