Just awful...is nothing more than a shell game to sell you upgraded services...they prey on the vulnerable and unemployed. Their skills map is awful...and does not allow two related areas to be on the same map...product management and marketing (or sales), for instance.

They'll say they don't...liars. After the 40+ initial (and 95% irrelevant) job "matches"...you'll get nothing.

I'll be 3000 introductions are requested each day....not attained each day, as their tagline implies. I've seen several extremely well-qualified candidates get no replies, no new listings, etc, etc.

Why in the world would a VC fund this?

I am an RN they would send me positions for nurse assistants and LVNs. Positions not even close to what I was looking for, Questioneer did not allow for variation from bedside nursing or management. Many positions they sent me were not even in healthcare they sent me engineering and other manufactoring positions.

Delivered a sizable initial batch of semi-relevant matches...then nothing...went to and stayed at zero. Careful to make too many changes to your profile...quirky things can happen.

Takes too much time for the results. The Intros are iffy...I've asked for 6-7 intros, have heard nothing.

Move on.

Job search was fast and found lots of jobs, which were presented in a pretty clean interface. Has all the features that competitors offer, although nothing particularly new.

Oh no not one more vertical job board.......why don't these guys do something different.

Like any of the job boards, you spend considerable time to enter your information. Their automated questionnaire is actually pretty comprehensive - which should help to market your various skills.

However, they limit you to only responding to 10 jobs! So, if you really need to cast the net wide, don't bother with this site. That's why I rated the effectiveness low.

You also have no clue what the jobs pay. So, if you have some experience and don't want to consider entry-level jobs, you still get matched to a bunch of inappropriate jobs which makes finding interesting ones much harder.

They have some good concepts about matching candidates with jobs, but need to make it more user-friendly.

Indeed is a good place to start your job search and get a feel for whats out there. I recommend starting here and then going to specific industry sites to apply for jobs.

Why would you pay to have your jobs included in a search engine that gets significantly less traffic then the major job search engines like indeed and simply hired.

Most recently I tried jobfox.com which matches your skills with the opportunity, an interesting concept and extremely user friendly though time-consuming at first.

This site makes the job search experience soooo much easier. It is very user friendly.
