This site rocks. It's actually run by a company based in Minnesota so they know the market and actually care about job seekers. They re-designed it a couple months ago. Much more improved over the old site.

I've been using this site for years. I've found 2 jobs posted on it. I've only sent one email with a question. Got a good reply in 24 hours. I like the salary survey because it's based on MN employer information. This is a great locally based job board. It's navigation is different than a lot of the others. Not bad, just different.
