This site makes a non-profit job search incredibly easy; all you have to do is select a geographic reason and then you are shown the jobs. Unfortunately, there are only 3 posted for the California Bay Area, compared with over 50 on Monster and over 100 for craigslist. If they had more employers use the site, I would rate it higher--the site is simple and clean--but unless it has jobs, it's pretty useless.

If I had a PhD, 20+ job postings from any site might earn a rating of least 3, but this is too narrow a focus group for the common job seeker.
