Their skills map is awful...and does not allow two related areas to be on the same map...product management and marketing (or sales), for instance.

They'll say they don't...liars. After the 40+ initial (and 95% irrelevant) job "matches"...you'll get nothing.

I'll be 3000 introductions are requested each day....not attained each day, as their tagline implies. I've seen several extremely well-qualified candidates get no replies, no new listings, etc, etc.

Why in the world would a VC fund this?

PharmaDiversityJobBoard: PharmaDiversity has dramatically increased our of

As an HR Manager and hands on Reruiter for a leading pharmaceutical company, it is my job to put more diversity
(minority and multi lingual candidates with an industry experienced background) in front of our hiring managers. By posting unlimited jobs on PharmaDiversity Job Board, I have been able to reach this niche of job applicants. Some areas of the country and some job postings produce more candidates than others, but by posting all of our jobs, I am able to cover our process by OFCCP standards, satisfy my hiring managers and report that my team is on top of our plan. We have used PharmaDiversity for two years and now it is THE niche board that has become the standard diversity board in our biotech-pharma industry.
We also like that job seekers get a lot of information about our company, current stock pricing, industry and diversity press release information,, we have chosen to display our company video, which provides employee working/culture perspective and this has developed awareness among job seekers about our commitment to diversity hiring. Our jobs scroll on the featured jobs on the home page. We track job candidates that we receive from PharmaDiversity and have determined that there is a percentage of job candidates that see our posts on some big boards and search engines, they click the post and are lead to PharmaDivesity , which sends them a clear -direct message that we are a diversity oriented company. Job seekers know we pay and invest in this message and have reported to us that this makes a difference of how they view our company and this message has increased their motivation to join our company.
They may see our job posts from a major search engine because PharmaDiversity has fed it out there, they associate the message of our company and diversity, they are also captured in PharmaDiversity data base and matched with all of our future job posts when they match .
Some job seekers use PharmaDiversity for the translatation function (Spanish, Chinese and French languages)We have certain goals outlined in our diversity initiate and by posting here, for the past two years, we cover all of them.
