Good Resouricng Tool

Good resourcing tool for identifying unique profiles specially in the citizen category. Good response comes in against Job postings. Their search needs to improve as some searches are yeilding some irrelevant resumes. I will recommend this site to recruiters working on IT domain in US Staffing.

Good database of resumes

I have found out some good and uniques resumes over here, the job postings i had done got some excellent replies. I would recomend this to recruiters who are working for US Staffing.



The pricing is also low comapred to dice, monster or careerbuilder.
