Still a good resource for the tech crowd. I have been recruiting both agency and corporate and always at least check dice.com during the sourcing stage.

I give this a 1 out of 5 because all there are are agencies, old jobs and recruiters, very actual tech companies...find a different niche site to get your tech job

I used Dice.com for a little while to search for jobs and got phone calls pretty much the next day w/ job offers. I don't have much experience w/ a lot of sites, but I thought that was a pretty quick response time.
