I find this to be one of the better sports job boards. It normally has many good leads to both professional and college teams. But here is my biggest gripe about this site, and quite frankly the others as well. When I'm looking for a job in the SPORTS industry, I don't expect to see postings for companies such as the YMCA. I'm sorry, but to me, that is just not the "Sports Industry". While there may be sports clinics and camps conducted AT those facilities, the YMCA is NOT the sports industry. Work In Sports should eliminate these jobs from their listings, especially if you are going to charge people to use your site. To me its just fluffing their numbers and making it look like you have more jobs to showcase.
With that being said, they're not the only ones doing it. Others like TeamWorkOnline post jobs at sports venues...for janitors...and electrician. WTF is that?! But at lease this one is FREE.
JobsinSports does the same thing, to a lesser degree, but they are also a pay site.
