Ok the name is Net-temps...says temps right? The description says temp, temp to perm, and full time jobs - does seem like the place you would go to for a full time position.



Net-Temps is exlusive to the staffing industry. Everyone I spoke with prefers to be contacted by direct employers and not by the middle person. Concept seems a little strange.



With all that said, Net-temps has been around for a while and they get considerable traffic in the "temp" world. When I searched jobs there seems to be only about 175 new jobs in the last 3 days - less than 60 a day - what are the chances one of them will be a fit for me.

NetTemps returned about 200 results for the entire Bay Area, a third of which were temporary positions but none of which had "non-profit" pan out in a search. This site might work for people in other industries, which is why I won't give it a 1 for laying an egg, but HotJobs and CareerBuilder are definitely better and earn their rating of 3.

All I wanted to do was search jobs and all these other things kept popping up to post my resume, etc and than I could not even find any jobs in my location. Sad place.

I love this website. I have used them all and I got a job right away when I posted my resume on Net-Temps. Working with recruiters gave me so many more opportunities and an edge against other people looking for jobs. It's all about having that edge, right?
