This site is totally awesome for bilingual career seekers and diversity. Although, I am not Latino or spanish fluent, I posted my resume and have received a job offer at a top engineering firm. I completely recommend this niche job site!

I was invited to a Latino Career Fair hosted by LATCareers.com. I was impressed by the quality of the companies and the career opportunities. I interviewed onsite and was given a second interview. I also received an interview later with T-Mobile, Allstate, Vilocity and two other companies. I found that the LATCareers.com website was very easy to use and is a great resource in connecting Latino bilingual professionals with employers.
My favorite part, this is a site founded and led by a Latina CEO, Ms. Rubicela Acosta. This is a truly a plus! I totally recommend LATCareers.com
