If you fail to login to your account within thirty (30) consecutive days, your account will automatically go into a “Private” mode. Just in case you forgot to close your profile once you have found that perfect job, we have taken care of it for you! Further, if an employer fails to login to their account within thirty (30) consecutive days, their account will automatically go into a “Private” mode and they will be eliminated from search results. This helps to ensure that when you are searching for that perfect job, you are only submitting your resume to serious employers with open positions.
Live Interviews
Interviewing live online via a webcam is meant to help you, not frustrate you, which is why we have partnered with TokBox to provide you with a simple, straight-forward solution. When you receive an interview invitation, you can choose to accept, deny or reschedule. When you are ready to start an interview, you simply hit the “START” button. Plain and simple! You don’t need a special webcam, you don’t need a particular browser, you don’t have to call in to a phone number! Our technology does all the configuring for you! The quality is amazing too!
Block
We don’t own your information, you do, which is why we believe you should be in control of who can view it. Whether you don’t want your current employer to know you are looking or would prefer not to be contacted by a persistent employer, all you need to do is block their profile.
InMail
We all know just how much of a pain SPAM mail is and we all would love if it all just disappeared. For that reason, we have created an InMail system. Unless you choose to receive notifications via your personal e-mail, or unless you choose to communicate with employers via your personal e-mail, all communication can be done online through your profile. The only messages you will receive will be from employers and only the messages you send will be received by employers. Clean and simple!
Resources
We want to make sure that you are given resources you need to be successful. We will be working with industry leaders to provide anything and everything from Webcams and Career Attire to Relocation Services and Investments! We don’t want to be the best at everything; we just want to be the best at what we do!
Performance Examples
Sometimes your resume just isn’t enough to land you a position which is why we have given you the opportunity to better demonstrate your abilities and past work experience. You can upload up to five examples of your work; they can be pictures, PowerPoint presentations, PDF documents, etc. You don’t have to upload any work, but it helps to bring your resume to life!

Refer-A-Job
Just because you stumble upon a job that doesn’t fit your requirements, doesn’t mean that job wouldn’t be perfect for someone you know. For that reason we have installed a feature allowing you to refer the job to a friend.
Tracking
As a candidate, you want to know how many people have viewed your profile and how many jobs are available which is why every time you login you have access to this information.
Report-A-Profile
We want you to have a positive experience on our site which is why we created a Report-A-Profile feature. If you feel that an individual is contacting you in an unprofessional manor, or if you feel an individual is abusing their rights as a user, all you need to do is hit a Report button! Everything remains private so they won’t know you reported them, but a request will be set to us immediately and we will handle the situation in the best manor possible.
Employer Recommendation
Every employer profile will include a section titled, “Candidates that viewed this profile also viewed…” Under that section will be the name and link to other Employer profiles. This helps to bring companies to your attention that may not have been considered before and also to make you aware of just how many similar jobs are out there! The more options we give you, the more opportunities you have to find the perfect job.
Job Memorization
You don’t have to worry about keeping track of which jobs you liked and which jobs you applied for, we take care of everything for you! You can save a job without applying for it, then go back later and choose to apply or delete it. You can apply for a job and it will automatically be saved to your submitted list. We even go one step further. Whether you saved the job or applied for it, we keep track of the date, company and job title! We kept it simple and organized! |

Candidate Search
When searching for candidates, you can choose to make your search as broad or as exact as you’d like. You can start with just a keyword or narrow your candidate search down by job type, work experience, education, industry, location work authorization status and candidate preferences (company size, company revenue, salary, willingness to relocate).
Job and Candidate Organizer
We understand just how busy a day at the office can be which is why we went one step further to provide you with a simple, organized way to keep track of your jobs, candidates and applications. We bring everything together in one place. Once you have created a job, it will be saved on your profile. Under each job we have included saved candidates and received applications. This way you know who has applied for which job and which candidate you saved to which position. We even include the date you created the job, the date you saved a candidate and the date an application was received. The only thing you have to worry about is remembering your login information!

As an employer, you want to know how many people have viewed your profile and how many job-seekers are actively seeking work which is why every time you login you have access to this information.
Work Examples
Sometimes it’s hard to choose a candidate based strictly on their resume which is why we have added an additional section to each candidate’s profile. We enable job seekers to upload up to five examples of their work. These examples can be in the form of a picture, PowerPoint Presentation, PDF file and a few others if they so choose. This feature helps to bring the resume to life and allows candidates to truly demonstrate their ability.
Featured Companies
InovaHire will randomly select employer profiles and feature them on our home page. This feature costs nothing and helps to give your page a little extra exposure.
