This is a free site with a fair amount of traffic. I don't really see how this stands out from other sites - I guess the free has something to do with it. It gets good reviews and people like it.

I personally don't think its cool that anyone can access your resume or info - but hey some people like identity theft.

Very Effective. Easy to use. Of course free service. Allow user to manage their own CV. When I got the job I hide my CV. If I require again job. I will go and enable my cv back. Cool.
